Working with Abbe from Lucky Penny Farm has been an delightful & enlightening experience. Her knowledge & passion surrounding cheese is infectious & appreciated. She perfectly paired a variety of cheeses with our craft beers (Goose Island, Chicago) & presented the pairings in a way that both the inexperienced pallet & the most experienced could appreciate simultaneously. In addition to Abbe & the Lucky Penny crew - the cheeses are also incredible! I have personally become a big big fan of Lucky Penny's fresh chevre - the best I've ever tasted!
